PIZZA! IWANTMYDOMINOS! D:
HAHA. THIS IS OBVIOUS ENOUGH KAY! :D ( beware: LONG POST AHEAD!) let's start from the beginning of this june hols! ( 36th first 'break' together!) we had PT + sundance sessions and invites plannning sessions. at the same time, those that were flying off, flew off. 1 week passed. week 2
we had first aid courses( tues to thurs) tues. rained lightly so we ate at poolside. wed. ( liwen.sarah.reb.june.szeyuan.jeremy) went to coro to get stuff( what were they? :x sian sorry my memory sucks lately) for invites ( i think) and it started raining real heavily so they returned for first aid, WET. lunch @ jin ji for them. :D
thurs. lunch@poolside again we didn't really have many choices to start with did we. HAHA. then we tried to go back early and revise so that we'll be certified!(but with me the slowpoke... you know... you can't get that early)
after the end of first aid, me and sarah escaped to orchard to get the invites envelopes! :D we checked out kikki.k and nice stationary shops before getting the right ones from art friend! (:
friday of the week was the (FAIL) climbing session. thanks to reb.sarah.liwen.szeyuan.xiaoqi-though you didn't climb. for coming that day! and the seniors were quite happy with the invites (:
not forgetting the invites making sessions from tues to fri mornings. :D all the cardboards, paperboards, blue paint white paint. writing. sticking. cutting. cutting. trimming.[should insert the big oasis jigsaw photo here... next time!]
OH AND HAHA WE PRACTICED SUNDANCE in week2 too of course!
there goes another week! week 3.
WINDSURFING! x) fun fun fun. so 8 had it on tues... don't know who didn't go huh... then 4+1 had it on wed. it was light shower then good weather for those on tues, while big big storm for those on wed... still i'm sure everyone had great fun and that means huiying you should know what to do! (: [i wanted to put hint hint. but that looks so dumb cause its so obvious already. LOL]
then friday we had LIGHT PT. haha which made liwen(the hardcore PTI) sad... everyone tried to do pull ups even the girls! good job yeah! like 3 each set 3 sets. (right? lol i can't remember...) then it was all the dancing and preping for invest...
now, drumrolls please...
our good CI remembered to bring stuff back for us. :D it was chocolates galore after all the working out in the hall cause we tried ritz sport's strawberry yogurt, hazelnut-cornflaky, yogurt, blueberry yogurt, cookies and cream, mango (yogurt?) flavours. [D: i have NO IDEA if i got them all... haha derrick or someone can post if i made a mistake kay! (:]
then ANOTHER WEEK WENT.
WEEK 4. D: boo.
we started off with postmortem! good time at the chalet. playing basketball. then making ourselves do PT. :D the fun way! punishing ourselves for losing during games! haha. pushups and 'dong-nan-xi-bei's. looking after the bbq pit. bbq-ing and eating. (: then i got to see all the crazy stuff the drunk seniors did... tsktsk. haha.
wed went by without CCA.
then was FRIDAY! learning of GEE(for me haha and szeyuan...) and prac and prac and prac. then the pledge. then action plan. then the formations. (P. S. G. ) then drawing on the frames (: nice job rah rah for designing and huiying and rah rah for drawing the actual thing (: then (alamak i can't remember what else) like practising the dances again in the avt. oh AND THE SONGS! (: played by our very own pro pianist sze yuan and the rest of the titans sang. lunch @ thai noodle house. (: then we headed to coro to look for deco, which was kind of extra cause we didn't get anything in the end haha. then ntuc-ing for some.
and good one there szeyuan! for bringing chocolates back! ALTHOUGH haha. we didn't need a chocolate(edible too) phone! [xD liwen]
finally, INVESTITURE! i went to school at 7.10! then i waited.... until rah rah came. she was nicely working on her gift to rayna. her chao nice and sweet card! AHHH. rah rah never take photo of it! D: rah rah and june needed to work on their gifts so they and jeremy stayed at the benchs while the rest were at tian tang first then avt.
at avt, we blew and blew and blew balloons. in between was freaking out of reb's macbook pro cannot connect to the big screen. so we had to get zhi hao to go grab his laptop. haha. choosing of the song to play when the seniors enter. then was placing of the balloons up on the wall. popping them along the way. haha. oh and the guys, pasting the 13 jingxis as a heart, which FAILED... then 9.10 practicing and running through of the dances and pledge. ... seniors totally didn't go the way we planned. then. 9.30 came. they were LATE. haha. whatever. chery.geena.jerrold.?. came first then we denied their entries. xP. when they finally all came, we made them piece the jigsaw together. :D but luqiang didn't get her invitation and KENN. the smart KENN, forgot to bring his! so the big picture, OASIS ( post on my next post) was without 2 pieces. then the seniors got to enter. then they saw the 13 JX and laughed. then was derrick's speech, caiyi&guenyik's speechs. then we wanted to do the pledge first before the performances, but nooo. we had to dance before the pledge.
S formation. sundance. then encore. with szeyuan solo-ing the beginning. then derrick was suppose to solo the 2nd guy solo but he was too wishy washy. so by the time he came out, the guy solo music ended haha.
G formation. GEE. with the seniors' faces! hehe. (they really enjoyed it so pat yourself on your back! [:)
P formation. Pledge. phew. [when it was finally pledge, my head kind of went blank. gee was kind of blank too. D:]
THEN pinning of badge+ traditions+ gifts exchange. (removed and saved as draft for privacy sake. chai stop posting illegal stuff Dx -rebecca hahaha)haha. that's all for the above section. then was SINGING.[ sorry about the messages. thankyou for the impromtu-ing] (:>br>
then titans to oasis montage. guenyik to oasis montage. ( 1 hour montage!) caiyi and guenyik gave their batch mates gifts during the 1 hour montage. after that, titans gave seniors cakes to eat! (: after that, was showering of guenyik with gifts! (: last of all. titans to oasis photoframes! (: they really liked the photoframes too. but. smudgy... :/ oh well (: job well done still! blame ikea for making ink resistant frames! to end off, titans( w/o zhihao and isa) went to the CORRECT aston to eat! (: good job titans! now we have 7(more than HALF batch) of certified first aiders. and 12 titans with Level 1 Windsurfing! i have totally been feeling the titans love!
