i'm like still unprepared for prom. but i just felt like post on TABOO. it was like the best way possible for chalet to end. :D i'm just going to be throwing random words into the air and see if you could remember the joke/laughters/bizarreness they made us feel. on the top of the list: 1. Grandfather's Clock. (was it sarah making us guess?) - Ah Gong... [silence for 1 second] AH MA! (like by EVERYONE playing the game) ~ Then we all burst into laughters. 2. Brunch (i know for sure this was huiying. hahaha) - Tree, wood, etc. [making everyone think that it was Branch] BRANCH! (said someone) ~ Then huiying moved on the to next card. (When derrick realised that it was brUnch and not brAnch. he "nagged" and said how can huiying play in this manner. the word is totally for different purposes. then huiying just dao. hahaha) 3. {no idea what word it was, maybe derrick will be able to help} basically, it was something like hypnosis or so. cause derrick threw out jiggleypuff. there are almost a thousand and one words that we went through. some are very singaporeans, very gen Y, very early 90s babies, very chinese, very ny, very hc, very oac, very titans. oh yeah but of course there were very girl/ very boy stuff too. hahaha. while some just simply signify the inert understanding between some of us. (haha i was just trying to say 默契) when everyone else guess every other word, but that one person knows the exact thing you are trying to deliver. (((: but when the answer comes from the person you least expect from... it sure becomes a pleasant surprise too. :D (all the sufferings expectations/perceptions/judgements bring about. hahaha) i think time to time, all of us, had felt really tempted to use chinese to convey our thoughts. since the only english words we can think of at that pressing moment are the very words we can't say. hahaha. while sometimes it is the very easy or common words that actually make us stumble. it was really fun. despite its ability to tire our brain. xP thanks guys. PS. i started on this while i hadn't started on my prep for prom. 12 odd hours later. i finished prom and the post too! :D |
