okay. please don't kill me. you guys should have received the email from google calendar. its actually idiot proof, AFTER you manage to figure it out. basically, if you have your own google acc, after accepting the invite, you need to also add the titans' gmail on your own acc, under the others' account (found at the left column and just type the email acc into the blank bar) and if you're at your own acc, after filling up the dates and stating the days you're unavailable, # you then need to click on the downward point triangle next to "My Calendar" then click on "Settings". At the new page opened, for you OWN/Titans acc, select "Make Changes AND Manage Settings" option. REMEMBER TO CLICK SAVE AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE LEAVING. thereafter, go and log into titans acc, because you have invited it too, you need to go to your mail side and accept the invite (again). then at titans' calendar, repeat #. basically its repetitive. i think the most important thing other than filling up the dates is to SAVE the settings. if not you need to keep going back and forth. cause you can't see titans acc at your own acc. and if titans acc can't see, means others can see your acc. sooo. actually, derrick, you have the last say whether we use this or not. if we stick to google doc, then... we use a manual calendar on our own i think. but after the hazardous process, it becomes very useful actually. then i think 30th looks the best to me and my knowledge so far. PLUS last year's was on 30/12 too. :P last thing. i have added the 2nd Reunion on the calendar too. (please be kind to me and don't bombard my email or something when i return from camp. TY! :D) |
